The SMART commitment checklist.

Approved commitments should meet the following SMART checklist criteria if possible:

The commitment is SPECIFIC. Are the issues and planned activities of the commitment clearly defined?
The commitment is MEASURABLE. Is it possible to track progress towards the expected outcomes and targets?
The commitment is ACHIEVEABLE. Are the resources available to successfully complete this commitment?
The commitment is RELEVANT. Are the planned actions related to one or more of the OOC action areas?
The commitment is TIME-BOUND. Does the commitment have an expected completion date?
